Returns Policy

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because most Argentic pieces are made to order, personalised or custom work cannot be returned for a change of mind.
